If you feel you were incorrectly charged, please contact customer support by submitting a request. We want to hear why you are not satisfied and will do our best to help, including refunding you for the charge.
We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
To enable us to find your Smilebox account, please provide the following details:
- Email Address used to create your Smilebox account.
- Full Name on the credit card.
- Date and amount of the last charge.

Our payment terms are set out in our Terms of Service, which you agree to, upon setting up a Smilebox account.
Subscriptions are billed on an auto-renew basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
