You can cancel your subscription from your Account Settings.

Note: If you have a free/basic account, you will not see the Cancel Subscription button. If you want to delete your account, please see our article: How to Delete Your Smilebox Account.

To cancel your paid subscription, log into your Smilebox account, and follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on your personal icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription on My Plan.
  3. Confirm your choice to cancel the subscription (complete all steps) and stop the auto-renewal.

Subscriptions are billed on an auto-renewal basis unless you cancel before the renewal date (click here for information about submitting a refund request from Smilebox).
