Aperol Spritz<\/strong>
\nIngredients<\/span>
\n3 oz prosecco
\n2 oz aperol
\n1 oz soda water
\norange slice for garnish<\/p>\n

Directions<\/span>
\nCombine all of the ingredients in a wine glass with ice.\u00a0 Garnish with an orange slice.<\/p>\n

\"\"Classic Mojito<\/strong>
\nIngredients<\/span>
\n1 oz fresh lime juice
\n\u00bd oz fine sugar
\n12 fresh mint leaves
\n2 oz white rum
\n8 oz crushed ice
\n1 oz club soda<\/p>\n

Directions<\/span>
\nStir together lime juice and sugar in a glass until dissolved.\u00a0 Add 2 ounces of crushed ice.\u00a0 Tear mint leaves and add into glass.\u00a0 Add rum, remaining crushed ice and club soda then stir gently until combined.<\/p>\n

Cucumber, Basil and Citrus Cocktail<\/strong>
\nIngredients<\/span>
\n1 \u00bd oz vodka
\n3 slices of cucumber
\n4 fresh basil leaves
\n\u00bc oz fresh lime juice<\/p>\n

Directions<\/span>
\nMuddle cucumber and half of the basil (reserve rest for garnish) in a shaker. Add vodka, lime juice and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glass of ice. Garnish with remaining basil.<\/p>\n
