I subscribed to your service and when my PC died I bought an Apple only to find that your program would not work on apple.
I had no service for 8 months and now find that you do have an apple program. It sure would have helped to know.

I have a brand new MAC and purchased the one year Smilebox option. For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to burn a disk without success. It start recording and then just stop leaving a message that there might be a QuickTime error. There does not seem to be any new downloads. It seems like I have QuicktimeX on my system.
Thursday the 21st of September I left a message with SmileBox customer support to ask for help, I did receive a “ticket” but have not received any help so far.
Smilebox have great options and I would love to get it working. Otherwise I will have to cancel my subscription.
If anybody have a suggestion I would be thankful.
I have a SmileBox DVD that I can play on my MacBook Pro. I do not know who put together the DVD, but wonder if there is a way to capture a dozen or so of the images on the DVD to make snapshots (or JPEG files) of the still images on the DVD. Thanks!
does not work on my mac. I get an “Updating…” window that never goes away every time I try to open the Smilebox program that got installed in Applications. I have a Macbook Pro running Mac OS 10.6.

Hi
I have the same problem as Anita (32 above) – brand new imac – each time I try to burn a DVD I get the message saying that there is a quicktime error. This is most frustrating as prior to this there were no problems on my PC. Must be lots of disappointed mac users out there!
