Hearst Magazines Digital Media and Smilebox Partner to Offer Engaging Photo Sharing and Preservation Service
Photo service launching on CountryLiving.com and GoodHousekeeping.com will also provide deep brand engagement for advertisers
NEW YORK, NOVEMBER 11, 2009 –- Hearst Magazines Digital Media and Smilebox today announced a partnership to provide CountryLiving.com and GoodHousekeeping.com visitors with a unique way to celebrate, share and preserve life's special moments. With more than 900 templates, Smilebox supports all personal media (photos, videos and music), content types (ecards, slideshows, scrapbooking designs, photobooks and postcards) and sharing methods (email, print, burn to DVD, blog and post). Smilebox and Hearst will jointly create custom templates designed for holidays and special occasions to complement Hearst editorial and promote them to their respective audiences. The partnership will also provide Hearst advertisers with opportunities to drive deep brand engagement and viral impact through branded templates that users can personalize with music and words to share both online and offline.

They will also drive viral impact among their customers' networks through emails, personal blogs and social network postings.
