Andrew Wright

Founder and President

Prior to forming Smilebox, Andrew was the VP of Games at RealNetworks, where he founded and built the RealArcade games business. Andrew was previously a Product Unit Manager at Microsoft Corporation, where he managed the consumer imaging and publishing business, including Picture It!, Home Publishing, and the Greetings product lines.

Paul Ingalls

Director of Development

Paul was Development Manager for RealArcade at RealNetworks before joining Smilebox. He also worked on RealProducer and RealSlideshow, and was previously a developer at Asymetrix.

Jude Eshleman

Director of Design

Jude’s experience includes the role of Design Manager for several consumer software products at Microsoft, including Digital Imaging Pro, Picture It!, Home Publishing, and the Greetings product lines.

Yannis Dosios

Director of Marketing

Prior to Smilebox, Yannis was a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft. He helped plan, create and successfully launch Windows XP Starter Edition, a version of Windows designed for beginner users in emerging markets.

Susan Wright

Director of Strategic Planning

Susan brings 15 years of consumer brand management experience gained at Quaker Oats, Nestle and Microsoft. She founded Compass Partners to focus on brand strategy and market research. Prior to Compass, she was Group Product Manager for Microsoft Office and also worked as Lead Product Planner for Children's Software.
